How do we define a semi-conductor? It's generally produced of materials with an appointed resistance (it is among the resistance of a conductor and a non-conductor). The electrical resistance of semi-conductors also is affected by changes in temperature or used admixtures.

The word “dashes” refers to the other components mixed to the material. The finished combination characterizes the semi-conductors as semiconductor assembly of type-n or type-t.

They manufacture diodes and transistors using both these kinds of semi-conductors. It's known that today the most popular substance for semiconductor creation is silicon.

Presumably ultraviolet lithography and nano-imprint lithography can become the successors to optical lithography. X-ray lithography and electron beam lithography now are also thought to be of big potential.

It's still impossible for the current sensors to work alone. There are numerous ways for applying power system dispatchers. They are necessary to control system components like voltage, frequency, power flow, to observe the state of circuit breakers in substation and the planned interchange of power with the several power systems. System alarms and the actions against them are also under their accurate control.

For the controllers to complete these tasks they have to contain a complete data of the whole power system delivered from the displays of computers in different dependent stations. The developers of the RTU were the 1st to come to substation level data acquisition such as status of CB's, fuses holders, isolators and analog values such as MVAR, Hz, etc. Russia and China are now the most active exporters in this field.
